Project Overview

Inspired by the look and feel of Tuscan architecture, La Arcata Retail Center is mixed-use development built on a compact parcel of land in a highly traveled section of North Central San Antonio.

Project Details

This new construction project consists of a 91,466 sf, 2-story Italianate Tuscan office/retail center inspired by the unique look and feel of the architecture of Tuscany. A combination of old brick, stone, and mottled tone stucco is complemented by barrel clay tile roofs. The main entrance to the La Arcata multi-building development features a magnificent weathered and aged series of Tuscan archways accented by tall blue cypress trees.
